Wheels for Meals Bike Ride Event Details
The Wheels for Meals Bike Ride will be held on Saturday, May 6th , at the Dogfish Head Brewery in Milton, Delaware, at 6 Cannery Village Center. Participants must order tickets and raise $100 in pledges and donations in order to compete in the race. Riders also must register by April 15th to receive the free T-shirt. People who participate in the race can look forward to a post-race cookout with live music and libations.
This bike ride offers three different races for varying skill levels. The 50-mile race has a 7:30 a.m. check in, while the 25-mile participants need to check in at 8:30 a.m. The 12-mile race requires its participants to check in by 9:30 a.m. Prizes for this event are awarded to the top three participants who raise the most pledges. The top pledge winner will get a brand new flat screen TV.
